Home How This Works

Request Service

  • Members request a service through our Service Request form.
  • Members can also call us on +917064357674 (+91 706 HELP NRI) to initiate a request.
  • Specific details with requirement, conditions, restrictions (if any) are provided by members.
  • Note: To use our service, you have to be a member. Membership is free.

Generate Qoute

  • We will create a Case/Ticket for your request.
  • If needed our team will reach out to you for additional details/clarifications.
  • HelpNRI team will gather all data and provide you a quote.

Confirm Payment

  • Members will transfer the quoted amount to Ayan International (the registered company that owns HelpNRI.org) account, before the work begins.
  • Advance payment in full is required to begin work. We guarantee our work and will refund our service charges if you are unsatisfied.

Execute Task

  • The work is assigned to one of our Case Manager.
  • You can monitor the status of your task, and provide inputs during the execution.
  • You can also reach out to the Case Manager assigned to your ticket.

Task Done

  • After the task has been successfully executed (and you are satisfied), we will send you the final bill.
  • If the bill is less than the advance paid, we will refund the difference. If the bill is more, you will have to pay the additional amount.
